About Us

We started out on October 16th, 2006 as a small, family owned restaurant aimed to give Richmond and the Midlothian area a culturally unique experience at a very reasonable price in an inviting and culturally engrossing atmosphere. We served Halal Pakistani cuisine near the Chesterfield Town Center for more than five wondeful years before moving to Short Pump Mall.

Kabab Grille is a no-frills experience serving healthy and freshly grilled kababs, savory curries, samosas, karahi’s, freshly baked tandoori naan and an extensive vegetarian and non-meat menu. We place great value on our vegetarian customers and added tofu to an already expanded menu.

The restaurant’s ambiance is simple and family-friendly spotlighting local Pakistani artists and photographers. The food is prepared with utmost attention to the quality of ingredients using recipes that bring home the real taste of Punjabi Pakistan.

Customer service is also incredibly important to us. If you ever have an experience not on par with your standards, just inform us and we'll do everything we can to help make it satisfactory. The staff takes special care to make sure that the food is prepared and served in the best way possible.

We are proud to be honored with a 3 and a 1/2 out of 4 star review in the Richmond Times-Dispatch and also the NBC 12 Hall of Fame award for consistent perfect health inspections.
